| I always find it amzing (sickening) how elected officials suddenly become very wealthy. Almost %100 of the time they get wealthy from deals that directly stem from their "public service." We, Americans, can stop this profitting if we want to, but we never do. We have become exactly like the old Soviet "Politburo" that we used to despise. Pure capitalism has proved just as degenerative as Marxism. We have to have enforced rules that insure a level playing field for all. Also, Universal heathcare is a right not a privelege.
