Chuck Hagel is the senator from Nebraska that has been dogging Bush lately for his handling of Iraq. I think Chucky has intentions of living in Washington. I'm not talking about living in Washington; I'm talking about living on top of the hill in Washington. Personally, I think Chucky would make a much better president than Bush, but then, I'm pretty sure Eddie Haskell would make a better president than the one we have.

So when push comes to shove, since Chucky is considered a so-called moderate Republican, the Republican party feels they need to move more towards the center if they want to hold on to the top of the hill. Chucky is not a centrist. I think his acting skills far out-weigh those of one Ronald Reagan.

Here's why;

1. Mar. 2005 Chucky voted no on $100 million to reduce teen pregnancy by education and contraception. Chucky is without a doubt against a woman's right to choose.
   
   
2. Mar. 2005 Chucky voted no on repealing tax subsidy for companies which move U.S. jobs off-shore. July 2001 Chucky voted yes on restricting rules on personal bankruptcy. Chucky is without a doubt pro-business and against the working man.
   
   
3. May 1999 Chucky voted against money to continue the COPS program. Apparently he likes having people thrown in jail, but doesn't seem to like having the police work with young people to help lead them down a better path.
   
   
4. Oct 2005 Chucky voted no on 21st century community learning centers. Chucky voted no on local educational agencies. Mar. 2005 Chucky voted no on shifting $11 billion in corporate tax loop-holes to education. Chucky has consistently voted against public education. We can't have an un-qualified work force if we allow all American children a good education. This is just a guess on my part, but I'd bet his kids were schooled privately.
   
   
5. Oct. 2005 Chucky voted no on $3.1 billion for emergency oil assistance for hurricane hit areas. Chucky don't like us black folk. July 2003 Chucky voted yes on the Bush Administration Energy Policy. How fucked-up is that?
   
   
6. Sept. 2005 Chucky voted no on oil and gas smoke-stacks in mercury regulations. Sept. 1997 Chucky voted no on reducing funds for road building in national forests. Chucky could care less about the environment as long as you stay the fuck off his ranch in Nebraska.
   
   
7. Mar. 2006 Chucky voted to allow gifts to congress from lobbyists. Chucky voted no on establishing the Senate Office for Public Integrity. In other words, you working folk better do as I say, not as I do.
   
   
8. Chucky has an A rating from the NRA. Need I say more?
   
   
9. May 2006 Chucky voted yes on limiting medical liability law-suits to $250,000. Feb. 2006 Chucky voted no on expanding enrollment period for Medicare Part D. June 2001 Chucky voted no on allowing patients to sue HMOs & collect punitive damages. June 2000 Chucky voted no on including prescription drugs under Medicare. July 1999 Chucky voted yes on limiting self-employment health deduction. June 1998 Chucky voted no on increasing tobacco restrictions. It's obvious that Chucky could care less about the public's health. His way of thinking seems to be, the answer to the social security problem can be eliminated if more people die before they get a chance to draw social security benefits.
   
   
10. May 2006 Chucky voted yes on allowing illegal aliens to participate in the social security program. Isn't it the Republican stand that says illegal is illegal? Let me get this right Chucky. If a kid gets caught with a bag of pot his ass belongs in jail, but someone that enters this country illegally deserves retirement benefits? Must be a Republican thing that I can't figure out.
    
    
11. Mar. 2005 Chucky voted no on raising the minimum wage. Mar. 2001 Chucky voted yes on repealing Clintons ergonomic rules on repetitive stress. Does this mean that you are against the working man Chucky?
    
    

The list goes on and on. Chuck Hagel (according to the talking heads on TV) is a moderate Republican. If his voting record is any indication, I think we can all say he's more of a George Bush wannabe. Chuck Hagel makes Chucky in the horror films look like a Cub Scout.
