Huh?

So how about all the other presidents that were in office when we didn't get attacked? Bush failed to pay attention to the intelligence in his first year while he took vacation after vacation. Remember this: Bin Laden determined to strike in US

Sen. McCain says Bush should get more credit

Sen. John McCain stopped in Tyler Wednesday morning.

During a town hall meeting, the Arizona senator said President Bush should get more credit for protecting the country.

He said the president is part of the reason why there haven't been any attacks on American soil after the Sept. 11 attacks.

In an interview with a Tyler newspaper, McCain said it would be disrespectful to choose a running mate with Mike Huckabee still in the race for the GOP nomination.

McCain also made a stop in San Antonio.

"Huh?" pretty much describes grandpa McCain's entire campaign. From yesterday's "scolding" of Obama on remarks he took out of context, to his flip-flopping on waterboarding. This is not a President.

I agree, dubya SHOULD be given credit. For 9/11 happening. For this: 9/11 Redux: 'Thousands of Aliens' in U.S. Flight Schools Illegally, for the quagmire in Iraq. For the failure to secure Afghanistan. For the looming recession. For the mortgage crisis. For the utter failure to help out Katrina victims. For the $4/gallon gas that they're predicting this Summer. For the collapse of the Republican party (THANK YOU GEORGE!!). For the deaths of nearly 4,000 American soldiers and 100's of 1,000's of Iraqi civilians. For literally "blowing" 3 trillion dollars slaughtering those soldiers and civilians. For the decline of the dollar. For the loss of millions of jobs overseas. I can go on and on and on about all the things that George W. Bush should get more credit, along with all the people who supported him and voted for him.

He's doing a heck of a job, isn't he?

Yep, Insane McCain you're right. Bush should get lots of credit as noted by Steve. Bush's credit should be carefully considered by a non-partisan judge. His treason and war-crimes should be heavily credited by a judge at the Hague. There is no doubt that Bush has broken more laws than any other con-man in history. His complicity in 9-11 should be considered heavily. They should hold a trial, making use of the most brilliant physicists and demolition experts in the world. There is no majority of people in the world that believe in the far fetched "reasoning" of the 9-11 commission. Iraq is in much worse shape since Bush invaded it than it was under an insane, masochistic leader. Further, I believe that all members of the congress who have refused to pursue Bush's criminal acts should be tried for complicity. Forget about that very vocal 20%, the rest of us Americans KNOW that BUSH IS GUILTY and he needs to get credit for his actions immediately. I am not speaking from anger. I am speaking from what is fair and just. We all know that if we let Bush by with all of this killing, treason and lying we will set an extremely dangerous precedent for future presidents. He has to be held accountable now.
