I keep talking myself outta liking McCain and the guy keeps saying some things about "reality" I can't help agreeing with someone please set me straight before 08. I can't in good conscience vote for a Republican after the last batch of twats, but Hillary and Oboma? come on!!!

Talk you out of voting for McCain? Just keep telling yourself "Baghdad is safe" "Baghdad is safe" "Baghdad is safe" and think of the nice things you could buy in the market there, if only you had a flak jacket, 100 marines surrounding you, and a couple of Blackhawk helicopters hovering overhead.

Oh yeah, and that war thing. Stay the course! Adding 20,000 more troops is a "new strategy" - even though we tried the exact same strategy a year ago.

Hell, I'd vote for my dog before I'd vote for McCain.

The past year???

What about the 'strategy' over the past FOUR years????!!!!!

Where is our media, in terms of framing this thing correctly. They keep asking for more time for the (halliburton profit machine war) to succeed, after their 'surge'. Why haven't any legislators been reminding the American people, that they have allowed FOUR full years, to figure this out?!

Also, as for the claim of 'micromanaging' the war....well, excuse me, but I see it more in terms of 'macromanaging' the war. In other words, giving some leadership when it's desperately needed. We need to reframe this debate!

Four years of no 'victory'
and
No definition of 'victory'
and
hundreds dying each week in Iraq
and
no one held accountable....

I go crazy when I think of the toll.....

just venting a bit.
